Erosion control and driveway permits will be obtained for the project. McConnells Estate - 50 Acres, Rock Hill, SC - on-going project. Provide comprehensive design of 100 lot residential subdivision - site layout, road design, grading plan, design of roadways and storm drainage system, in-site and off-site water and sanitary sewer systems (1.7 mile water main must be designed to serve the subdivision). Project includes design of erosion and sediment control measures and storm water detention calculations. By request of SCDOT, left and right turn lanes to proposed subdivision were designed on McConnells Hwy. CWS, Inc. was brought to the project to determine wetland limits. Schnabel Engineering South provided Geotechnical Engineering report of the site. Assisted Living Facility - 18.5 Acres, Gastonia, NC. Provide comprehensive site development design service to accommodate assisted living facility for 90 beds, community house and 4 condominium buildings. Service includes site layout, grading (difference of elevations - 60 feet), utilities, erosion control, 2 detention ponds (at least one of them may be underground), landscaping plan, sanitary sewer outfall and right turn lane to the site. Fine Line Design, Inc was brought to the project to determine wetland limits. Ephesus Seventh Day Adventist Church - 3.3 Acres, Gastonia, NC Provided comprehensive site development design service, including side layout, grading plan, parking lot design, utilities, storm drainage system and storm water detention pond. Sanitary Sewer outfall for Mr. Jackson - almost 3000 feet, Gastonia, NC Part of the design was a study to determine future development of area to be served by this outfall. Estes Design Inc. was brought to the project to determine wetland limits. Site for Succelus LLC - 1.5 Acre, Gastonia, NC Project consisted of design of two sequential detention ponds to serve the property. Woodland Apartments - 3.3 Acres, Gastonia, NC Provided comprehensive site development design service to accommodate six condominium buildings. Service includes site layout, grading, utilities, erosion control, detention ponds, landscaping plan and sidewalk design to the property from the main road. Site for E Hawkins - 2.7 Acres, Gaston County, NC Service consisted of design of erosion control plan and obtaining an erosion control permit. Summerow Estate, phases 1&2 - 179 Acres, Stanley, NC Provided design of residential subdivision - grading, design of roadways and storm drainage system, obtained erosion control permit.
